Introduction

The survey app has been designed to acquire feedback from the end-users to the proprietors of the device. Questions such as Was this information useful or how might this event be improved can be entered into a dataset and shown to the customer(s).

In addition, the survey app can also be used for entertainment-purposes (i.e. playing a quiz). Unlike in a regular survey, answers can be set as correct or incorrect. This way end-users can be tested on their knowledge or participate in a contest.

For certain follow-up procedures (such as invitations to special events or subscribing to news-feeds), the dataset can be configured to ask the customers for their email address.

The Survey app is an optional application available on all Android-based ZBOS devices with a screen.
