Refund policy

This refund policy applies to digital services purchased within the ZBOS Control application.

Given the nature of digital items, we do not generally offer a refund or credit on a purchase unless required under Belgian and EU consumer law or other relevant consumer protection laws.

If you would like to request a refund or credit on a purchase, please open a support ticket on the Talemate Support.

We will assess refund or credit requests on their merits, considering the digital nature and your prior usage of the service(s). There is generally no obligation to provide a refund or credit in situations like the following:

  • you have changed your mind;

  • you made the purchase by mistake;

  • you do not have sufficient expertise to use the service;

  • you ask for goodwill.

If we decide to issue a refund or credit, this will generally be done using the same manner used to make the purchase. If the item was purchased using a particular payment method you will be refunded using the same payment method in reverse. Any payment made to you will be made in EURO currency and may be subject to currency conversion costs on your end, we can not control either the conversion rates or your financial institution’s fees.
